What does the state of hypnosis feel like?
Hypnosis is actually a familiar state we have all experienced before. Similar to the way you feel when you are really interested in a good book or movie, or perhaps the feeling you get just before you fall asleep.
What if I can't be put under hypnosis?
Anyone can be hypnotized, however, the level of hypnosis/depth can vary. The better you are at following directions the easier it will be for you to experience hypnosis. The more time you spend in the hypnotic state the easier it will become for you.
How are you able to create the change?
The hypnotherapist is not responsible for any of the changes that occur. You are responsible for any and all changes you would like to occur. As a hypnotherapist I am here strictly to facilitate what your concious/unconcious mind desires.
How long will it take to work?
It can vary greatly, sometimes as little as one session, sometimes it may take multiple sessions to fully see the desired progress.
